Everything in the Universe is energy which moves at various frequencies. In the lower frequencies you can find shortages and imbalance. Higher and faster energies can nullify and convert lower and slower energies. The higher the frequency, the closer you are to Healing energy. Balanced energy supports a balanced body. By removing lower energy (obstacles) we can raise ourselves to the levels of energy where we are the Peace we seek.
